Omega's 24-hour service is exclusive to Omega's customers and is located within the US

Omega's 100% company-owned and operated, full-service, Emergency Service Center provides reservation services 24 hours per day, 365 days per year and is available worldwide via toll-free numbers (or via collect calls from countries that do not offer toll-free service) to assist travelers with emergency needs.



The center is staffed by experienced Omega Travel Consultants who have access to each client's PNRs and to travel policy data, providing assistance to all travelers and ensuring a high level of service at all times.

  • Initiating new reservations or changes to existing itineraries for emergency or next-day travel.
  • Total direct access to your travel policies and individual traveler profiles to ensure reservations are compliant with travel policy and traveler preferences.
  • Hotel accommodations and car rental reservations, both domestic and international.
