Hilton announced this week that Canopy by Hilton, will open two new hotels in France. Canopy by Hilton Paris Trocadero and Canopy by Hilton Bordeaux Chartrons are set to open in 2021. The new destinations made sense for Hilton and will celebrate the two neighborhoods. France is gaining traction and Hilton is planning to triple their portfolio within the next five years. These properties are designed specifically with the local neighborhoods in mind and will give customers a great experience. Both have free bikes that customers can use to explore the city and experience complimentary food and drink tastings. Canopy by Hilton Paris Trocadero will have 123 rooms and will open in a “cultural hotspot” at the Palais du Trocadero and Palais de Chaillot in the 16th arrondissement. There are several art galleries and attractions including the Palais de Tokyo museum. Canopy by Hilton Bordeaux Chartrons will be in the Chartrons neighborhood with a view of the Garonne River. There will be a rooftop restaurant, a bar overlooking the city center, and have multiple dining options. The design of this hotel will be inspired by the industrial past and its famously known eponymous wine made by local vineyards around the city. This Canopy by Hilton will be the fourth property opening in France.
