United Airlines Announces 12 New and Expanded International Destinations from Chicago, Denver, New York/Newark, and San Francisco

United announced recently announced a brand new service route that includes Nice, France; Palermo, Italy, and Curacao. The airline also said travelers will have even more choices with additional flights to Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, Zurich and will continue seasonal summer service including Athens, Greece; Naples, Italy; Porto, Portugal; and Barcelona, Spain. For travelers wanting to go on winter break, easier flights from Curacao and the Caribbean including the ABC Islands, Aruba, and Bonaire. Curacao is United’s 21st island destination in the Caribbean and will start on December 7, 2019. Beginning May 20, United will be offering nonstop service to Palermo, Italy from New York/ Newark. United will soon be offering the most international service than any other carrier from Chicago starting March 28, 2020. Zurich will be the seventh year-round European destination from Chicago. Many other destinations are coming including the only nonstop flight from the U.S. to Cape Town, South Africa. On December 15, service on a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner will start service to Cape Town decreasing the flight time from New York by four hours. These new flights including domestic flights are part of United’s commitment to their customers on offering more service.
