Many Airlines Extend 737 Max Cancellations

Many airlines including American Airlines, and Southwest have extended the Boeing 737 Max groundings until early March 2020. These pushbacks to the groundings are because Boeing has recently stated that they are in the last stages of making the necessary upgrades to the software. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), however, is not finished with the audits of the second flight-control computers. The audits should hopefully be completed by the end of 2019, making the plane operable again by March 2020.
