Delta and Aeromexico Partnership Equals Seamless Travel Experience

The new joint partnership between Delta and Aeromexico is focused on giving customers a seamless and consistent travel experience between the two airlines. Nearly 3.2 million travelers pass through both airlines yearly. By using technology, the two airlines are looking to make the transition between both airlines seamless and are aligning products, policies, and services. Jeff Moomaw, Delta’s Managing Director – Alliance Experience, says, “The two airlines are dedicated to world-class customer experience and we’ve eliminated 83% of the service differences between us, ensuring consistency in processes and services – which is key to a stress-free connection experience… Our joint customers can now purchase tickets for our branded products in all our booking channels, reserve their seats, take advantage of free messaging onboard as well as see alignment on checked and hand luggage policies.”
