Norwegian Cruise Line Again Sailing From Miami

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) resumed service from Miami on Aug. 15 with the Norwegian Gem, which was able to depart the Florida port with a fully vaccinated passenger contingent.

The Gem departed from the recently opened NCL Terminal at PortMiami on a weeklong sailing to the Caribbean with calls in Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico; Roatan, Honduras; and Harvest Caye, NCL's private island in Belize.

The Gem is the third of NCL's 17 ships to resume service, following the Norwegian Jade from Athens on July 25 and the Norwegian Encore from Seattle on Aug. 7.
