Additionally, Omega agents have the capability to arrange travel for TDY (temporary duty) assignments, PCS (permanent change of station) moves, emergency evacuations of civilians (on, or not on, invitational travel orders), and other unique travel contingencies that arise with military/government travel.
Our travel specialists have expert knowledge of government travel policies, procedures and regulations that assist military and government travelers along with contractors that must comply with the most current travel guidelines. We also assist our government customers and contractors comply with the Fly America Act. Omega Travel utilizes current fiscal year government rates for hotels, we negotiate at or below per diem for hotels that are available to contractors, per diem, FTR/JTR, and FAM. Our robust proprietary Omegalytics offers reporting for cost-reimbursable contracts and other government travel requirements.

With our Duty of Care program, we can advise your mobile workforce on critical information for traveling abroad, including travel warnings/destination security notices, passport and visa information, passport and visa processing, excess baggage fees, foreign currency exchange rates and health requirements.
