Omega Honors Delta with Vendor of the Year Award

December 12, 2017 – At this year’s Client Appreciation Holiday Luncheon, Omega World Travel honored Delta Air Lines with the Vendor of the Year award. Joan Bailey and Dave Begley accepted the award on behalf of the airline and shared some of their company’s achievements with the attendees. Delta, like Omega, has invested their time and resources into improving their customer experience, and has seen incredible results throughout the past year

Delta has flourished as the nation’s top airline for a record-breaking seven consecutive years. They soared above their competition across the board, excelling at services and amenities, distribution, transient and meetings travel pricing, complaint resolution, communication, account management and sales, customer service, networks and partnerships, on time performance, completion, mishandled baggage, and overall value, to name a few. 2017 was also a year for improvements in infrastructure, with many terminal renovations, and upgrades in their fleet of aircrafts. Additionally, the airline launched several new routes to allow their customers to have more flexibility in reaching their destinations.

Omega has built a strong relationship with Delta throughout our 45 years in business. President and CEO, Gloria Bohan, states that there are “many links in the chain to a successful trip, and working with quality suppliers has benefited our travelers over the years.” Partnerships with excellent vendors like Delta allow Omega to achieve our goal of providing the best possible travel experience for our customers.
